Located in Embro, Ontario, Deep Purple Lavender Farm offers a peaceful open-air
setting for unforgettable wedding ceremonies. From June through August, our
blooming fields provide a naturally stunning backdrop for one of the most important
days of your life.
We can accommodate:
Up to 100 guests
Parking for up to 40 vehicles

Our family-owned farm is nestled in the heart of Oxford County and offers a truly
unique setting:
Rows of fragrant lavender in bloom
A spring-fed pond and mature trees
Rolling agricultural fields and natural beauty
The calm atmosphere, paired with the scent of lavender, creates a setting full of
serenity and romance the perfect place to begin your life together.
⏰ Ceremony Details
4-hour rental window for your ceremony and photos
Suggested timing: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
(Ideal for avoiding peak heat and capturing beautiful evening light)
Your ceremony setup includes:
Wooden cut-edge bench seating under shaded maple trees
Antique wooden chairs for close family
A beautifully styled ceremony arch with white sheers
A lace-covered signing table set within the lavender field

Enhance your experience with:
Rehearsal (2 hours, evening prior) — $100 + HST
Chauffeured golf cart for guest transport and setup assistance
P.A. system & microphone rental for ceremony and rehearsal

To help your day run smoothly, please note:
-Couples are responsible for providing:
-Officiant
-Photographer
-Music
-A coordinator for setup and removal of personal items
Our location does not include indoor preparation facilities.
Wedding parties should arrive ready for the ceremony
🌦 Weather Considerations
While we always hope for perfect weather, we strongly recommend having a backup
plan in case of rain.
We do offer a timber pavilion, but please note:
It is not enclosed, it only provides limited protection during inclement weather, an indoor backup plan may be a good idea just in case
🚫 Farm Guidelines
To protect our farm and ensure a safe experience for all:
No alcohol permitted (we are not licensed or insured for this)
No pets, except certified service animals
Children must be supervised at all times (pond and creek on site)
No smoking or vaping
Please stay on grassed areas and avoid picking lavender
We kindly ask that you:
Remove all garbage at the end of your event
Leave the space as you found it
